A well established independent Opticians based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire are looking for a full time Dispensing Optician Manager to join the team.

This is a very well-known and well respected independent Optician with a loyal customer base. The emphasis is on offering a professional and tailored service to all its customers.

Dispensing Optician Manager – Role

Single testing room practice
Traditional practice with amazing potential for growth
New owners who believe in investing into both the practice and the team
Focus on offering a personalised service
Professional freedom to work with the very best lenses
Involvement in stock selection – Chance to introduce exciting new brands
Leading a small team of 3 people, making sure the practice is running smoothly
Working full time, 5 days a week including most Saturdays – 1 in 4 off
Typical working hours from 9am to 5.30pm
No Sundays or Bank holidays
Salary between £30,000 to £35,000 (Potentially room for movement for the right candidate)
Professional fees paid
Support from other DO’s within the business
Continuous training and development
