• Optical Admin – GOC forms etc
• Setting up direct debits
• Stock ordering
• Adjustments and repairs
• Ensuring each patient has an amazing experience

Optical Assistant – Requirements

• Previous experience of working as an Optical Assistant (1+ Years)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Organised
• Attention to detail
• Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients.
• Maintain the exceptional levels of service this practice is well known for 
• Interest in fashion and trends

Optical Assistant – Salary and benefits

• Basic salary between £23,000 to £25,000
• Working 4 days a week including a Sat
• No Sunday or late night working
• Annual 4 weeks holiday, rising each year
