A well-established independent Opticians based in Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex are looking full time Practice Manager.
This modern independent practice has been serving the local community for over 30 years, and has a beautiful riverside location. It is well known for its exceptional levels of service which are reflected in their 5* patient reviews.
Opticians Practice Manager – Role

- Leading a team of 3-4 people
- Stock selection and management
- Working closely with the Director to drive the business forward
- Full time role working 4.5 days a week
- Typical opening hours from 9am to 5.30pm (12.30pm on a Sat)
- Salary between £25,000 to £32,000
- Professional fees paid
Opticians Practice Manager - Requirements
- Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
- Experienced Practice Manager will also be considered
- Previous leadership experience
- Motivational
- Strives to go above and beyond for patients
- Excellent communications and organisational skills
